故事发生在东北一个叫做源江县的地方。在"远看春草近却无"的播种季节，源江县秀水乡永平村的农民抢种了村里的机动地。然而好景不长，正当农民们沉浸在"见苗三分喜"的喜悦之中时，乡长华兴宇指示永平村村主任李林伙同地痞郑三等，集中全乡的拖拉机将遍地青苗毁于一旦。。A few young women are murdered in Paris and as police progress in the investigation they realise that discovering the identity of the serial killer is not enough to bring the maniac to justice.。
