民国初年巡捕萧健，一个梦想成为上海第一神探的小子，在一起连环谜案调查过程中，无意间触及到了他们所谓的管控事件，莫名的成为了特调局的一员，经历了一系列惊险刺激、离奇悬疑的事件，接任了“破军”的代号，成为了一个默默无闻的守护者。。剧集用“六度分割”理论串联起三个不同的爱情故事：向言（何蓝逗饰）和林衡宇（曹煜辰饰）是“命中注定”，林衡宇是独身主义，却因为向言愿意走进婚礼的殿堂；谈诗诗（梁颂晴饰）和是然（吴海饰）是“非你不可”，他们相差六岁，是然努力的目标就是有朝一日和谈诗诗并肩而立；路念（靳阳阳饰）和蒋旗（王浩歌饰）是“一见钟情”，他们都善于伪装，蒋旗小心翼翼地靠近只为给路念绝对的安全感。。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios. Urban is a fluent Spanish-speaker, and plays an uncredited role as the Argentine radio operator.。
