本剧以“人事部”为焦点，故事以残留着古老热血体质的大企业为舞台，愚蠢又过于天真的主人公·人见廉（松田元太饰），与希望改变公司、每天奋斗的女主人公·真野直己（前田敦子饰），与个性丰富的人事部成员们一起在公司中生活，他们需要面对其中出现的员工各种各样的问题，直面“现代人的烦恼”。。Set in a small town in West Texas, four boyhood friends who made a solemn promise to leave town together immediately after high school graduation must now "put up or shut up." The clock is ticking, and as all 81 people in town watch, offer advice, and place bets, these four very different boys struggle with the biggest decision of their lives . . . whether to stay or leave home...。
