Special thanks to the family of Usmar Ismail.。車東錫在出國留學前一個月認識並愛上金智妍，但是媽媽不同意讓他們一起出國，車與金約定六個月後回來，並準備求婚，卻在求婚當天遲遲不見金智妍蹤影而黯然出國。六個月後，車東錫回來，發現金智妍所住的社區即將拆遷，已經空無一人，附近住戶卻告訴他，他的女朋友住在鬼屋，而且遲遲不肯搬走…。在手术进行到关键时刻，儿媳苏瑾玉作为主刀医生突然晕倒在地，婆婆死在了手术台上。婆婆死后，老公高铭宇和苏瑾玉的助理何皎皎对其恶语相向，诬陷她故意害死婆婆。再睁眼，苏瑾玉回到了婆婆手术的那天。苏瑾玉决定查明真相，可谁知……。
