徐有功游历到黑木城，城内大户接连发生密室失窃案，官府毫无头绪。徐有功认为是“地鼠一族”所为，但又找不出线索。这时又有一户人家出现离奇命案，徐有功发现这命案跟失窃案有很大关联，于是抽丝剥茧，最终将凶手捉拿归案。。The film is an action love story of a renegade cop who believes that the only way to eradicate crime is to give criminals the bullet - not handcuffs.。
