立身江湖三十几年的江南拳王七盟主因帮朝庭剿匪有功，被御赐横匾“擎天一柱”。本打算举行挂匾仪式时宣告退隐江湖，却收到一封挑战书。他不得不改变初衷，决定会一会江南七省的虎豹龙蛇鹰五大拳王。。该节目为《强心脏》续作，将会搜集时下韩国关注的热门明星话题，或是人们好奇的话题，欲展现比《强心脏》更强势的故事，同样会让观众参与投票选择谁是当集「强心脏」。不同的是，《强心脏联盟》将会分成2队，各队挑战者们会透过「缩图」（预览图）说故事展开对决！。Jook is a girl who has always dreamed of publishing her own book.
