When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。朱诚在德国留学回国自己创业，张奕大学生，在参加毕业答辩时，赶到学校路上遇到别人出车祸，帮助肇事者送到医院。误了答辩没有拿到毕业证出来工作。在辉煌集团上班，因为业务认识了朱诚，两个人成为了朋友。辉煌集团董事长的女儿安晴晴和张奕是同学对他有好感，朱诚的出现使三个人关系复杂了，这时辉煌集团出现了危机，为了挽救公司朱诚和张奕联起手来，朱诚应聘到别的集团做卧底，众人以为朱诚背叛大家，随着事态的发展终于迎来转机，他们之间的感情也发生了变化，事业、爱情、友情怎么选择……。
