导演花了15年时间筹备，走访50个国家拍摄，由澳洲海底的大堡礁到非洲肯亚高原的乞力马扎罗山；亚玛逊热带雨林到戈壁沙漠；美国德萨斯州连绵不断的棉花田到中国上海的工业城镇。如诗如画的美景唤醒世人，乐观地珍视我们仍然保有的50％雨林，而非只着眼那失去的一半；更重要是地球60亿人类都应该醒觉，我们的责任所在……。S国位于沙漠深处的秘密实验基地发生生化泄漏事故，变异生物袭击了整个基地。S国军方代表姆巴赫组织特种兵分队，并派遣女特工白炙、狴姣、鬼车保护生化专家哈文博士前往秘密基地。随着事态不断恶化，大量变异生物来袭，队员接连惨死，身怀绝技的女特工们命悬一线……。In a small rural community local police officers Zoe and Patrick begin their shift as normal but it soon becomes clear that something is wrong. Strange events unfold before their eyes, residents begin behaving strangely and mass suicide panic spreads amongst the community they are trying to protect.
